Our Staff

We pride ourselves on delivering on exemplary services that is seamless. To achieve this we recruit therapists who are not only passionate about delivering unrivalled treatments but have strong customer care skills, ensuring that our clients have full attention and consideration at all times. All our times. All our therapists are well-trained by our Singapore trainer and undergo at least 1000 hrs of training.

Hygiene

“Rest assured you’re in safe hands” We place great importance on sanitation practices. All stainless steel implements are washed in a hospital grade disinfectant, and are then put into a UV Sanitizing unit. A fresh towel is placed out for each new client, to assure that it is clean and free from dust. All towels are washed in an antibacterial and antifungal hygiene laundry rinse. To further reduce the risk of infection, we use also anibacterial hand rub before each treatment.

Beauty Concepts Policies

Arrival times: Please arrive to your appointment on time (or) not later than 15 minutes after your scheduled time. If you do not arrive after 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellations: We appreciate at least 15-30 minutes’ notice before your scheduled appointment.
Prices are subject to change without notice: In certain instances, our prices may change. If you are concerned about the price, please confirm prices when booking your appointment.
Payment Options: We only accept cash in Kyats and in US Dollar and Credit-Card, Visa/Master Card.
Frequent Client Card: Free Services are not applicable on weekends, public holidays and festive periods.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are not refundable and no remaining credit will be issued in cash. Gift Cards must be presented upon arrival for your appointment(s).

RVB Face Therapy

RVB products are made in Italy. RVB quality is guaranteed by their pharmaceutical standards of manufacturing and their achievement of ISO Certification (International standard organization). RVB uses mostly organic, non-genetically modified plant extracts that are free of animal extracts. They do not contain any mineral oils, synthetic fragrances or drying alcohol. RVB’s formulas contain micro emulsions for better skin absorption and more visible results.
